Sheila – 30 Minutes per day working on scary stuff and Fear Tracking. UPDATE: I will be working to find a supplemental income and have achieved that by the end of 30 days. On the more personal side, I’m going to be working on getting back into better shape, and working out my anxieties via the heavy bag (kickboxing) I’ll be hanging in my carport–the ultimate goal here by the end of 30 days will be: I’ll feel better and stronger, physically as well as mentally.
Tim – 30 days of goal journaling.
Dawn – Read 2 books in the next 30 days.
Desiree – 5 cold calls per day, 5 days per week.
Micah – 1 hour per day working on video scripts.
Tamra – Find a market research assistant in the next 30 days.
Beth – Read books 30 – 60 minutes per day.
Robert – 30 videos in 30 days.

Ryan – Read 30 books in 30 days.
Greg – Plan the 6 things to do the evening before.
Joe – 30 days of Complaint Tracking (in my head and verbally) on paper.
