Juan Hudorovich’s Recommendation:
5 Second Rule by Mel Robins because it’s an amazing tool to act upon our hunches and get moving. Every day is made by small acts of bravery, starting by getting out of bed without negotiating with the snooze button. Why? Because everything we do is based upon HOW we feel. For the same reason we don’t feel like doing so many things! This will help you do the things that need/ have or you desire to do regardless of how you feel. The application of this principle has been an incredible empowering tool for me to do whatever needs to get done. I recommend the audio book because she’s such an amazing speaker and makes you feel like she’s right there sitting by your side.
